Archambault & Associates is a sole proprietorship entity owned and operated by Susan E. Archambault. A small team of experienced professionals support the firm’s clients in all aspects of our business operations. Susan E. Archambault founded the Firm in December of 1990 after gaining valuable tax experience with prestigious Boston firms. The Firm is a boutique practice offering a unique distinction in services from the traditional accounting firm. As a boutique practice we provide a specialized expertise with the quality and sophistication of a large firm at the price and personality of a small office. We believe it is our approach, expertise and philosophy in working with clients that has consistently provided client satisfaction and enhanced long-term relationships with our clients. Our clients, in turn, are the foundation of our satisfaction and success.

The basis of our distinction from the traditional firm is Susan's thirty years of private client / fiduciary experience. Susan specializes in working with our private client group on their personal / fiduciary and business tax matters, and consulting with law firms, private executors and trustees in and around Boston on sophisticated estate, trust and gift tax matters. This specialized experience allows our firm to advise on complex post mortem tax planning, tax compliance, and administration matters. This expertise, in turn, is what provides the unique foundation for the services we provide to our private client group.

◊ Susan’s Masters Degree in Taxation is from Bentley College with high distinction (1989). She was recognized by Beta Gamma Sigma for National Business School Honors.

◊ Susan earned her Enrolled Agent’s License (1996) in order to expand her practice to represent clients in audit before the Internal Revenue Service. This License is maintained in accordance with Treasury Circular 230 governing the Rules of Practice.

◊ Susan’s Bachelor of Science Degree with honors (1980) is from Plymouth State University of The University System of New Hampshire.

Susan maintains her professional education on a continuous basis in a diverse array of topics and collaborates with a network of accountants and attorneys from Boston and the surrounding communities. Practical insight and experience is of vital importance to compliment education. Susan is involved extensively with clients advising from both a tax planning and practical aspect. Susan will work with your professional team; your Attorney, Trust Officer and Financial Advisor; or will assist you in building the appropriate team for your circumstances. Your planning decisions evolve with your changing life circumstances and Susan will work with you and assist our team in implementing the action items developed by your team.

Susan resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts with her husband, Rick, and their three children, Kristin, Lauren and Scott. Susan and her family are supporters of the Jimmy Fund / Dana Farber Cancer Center along with numerous local charities in need. Outdoor interests include swimming, boating, skiing and enjoying the Boston sports teams.

Jennifer M. Considine
Executive Assistant; Client Support Services
Jennifer has nine years of experience providing effective and comprehensive support to senior level corporate executives. As Executive Assistant to Susan Archambault, Jennifer manages the daily work flow, calendar management for client and staff meetings, professional education and our comprehensive office docket of tax and client deadlines. Jennifer resides in Lynnfield, Massachusetts with her husband Steven and two children, Chloe and Owen.

Laureen A. Warren

Laurie has twenty years of experience supporting senior executives and Susan Archambault from the early years of the practice in 1994 and forward. Laurie’s senior role includes management support, office process review, office operations, and daily work flow. Laurie resides in West Peabody, Massachusetts with her husband, Russell, and two children, Molly and Rebecca.

Tiffany L. Lynch, MST; Tiffany is a 2003 graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing; a 2010 graduation of The McCallum Graduate School of Business, Bentley University with a Masters of Science in Taxation. Tiffany has concentrated in taxation for all of her career providing tax services to high net worth private clients and providing support to tax managers and partners. Tiffany resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with her husband, Steve and daughter Madeline.

Lisa A. Colbert, CPA, MST; Lisa has been with Archambault & Associates since December of 2003 formerly as a Senior Tax Accountant from 2003 to 2009. Lisa stepped away to raise her family and presently serves as a Contract professional for seasonal or other projects. Lisa has twenty years of tax and accounting experience. Lisa resides in Byfield, Massachusetts with her husband, Peter, and two children.

Nicole M. Grace, Tax Accountant; Nicole joined the Firm as a Contract professional for tax season 2008 on a limited schedule to balance a family and continues to provide service intermittently throughout the year adding tax, accounting and professional operational services support to Susan Archambault. Nicole has fifteen years of tax and controller experience. Nicole resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts with her husband, Ryan, and two children, Mackenzie and Victoria.
